DOGS MUST:
be healthy

not dog- or people-aggressive***
can be controlled and restrained by their owners
(Ideally 1 dog = 1 handler)
have responsible owners!!!
(remember to pick up after your own dog!!! bring newspaper and plastic bags)

*** Though it would be ideal to only have sociable and nonaggressive dogs in our walks, our group understands the importance of socialization and exposure to dogs who are not as adjusted. We have seen firsthand how unsociable dogs have greatly benefited from our dogwalks. We have seen how shy and anxious dogs warm up just after several walks, exuding confidence and becoming at ease with dogs and humans alike. With proper coordination and guidance from us, such dogs are welcome to join us on certain conditions.

We encourage that:

the dog wear a muzzle (agitation muzzle is recommended, for unrestricted breathing)
the owner be consistent in informing everyone to keep their distance
the handler is VERY CAPABLE of restraining his dog at its strongest and most excited state (two handlers if there are doubts)

We would very much appreciate if owners of unsociable dogs can coordinate with us before joining our dogwalks so we can give advice and assistance. Feel free to
contact us via message box or e-mail.

TIPS: Do not feed your dog before the dogwalk.
Make sure they're protected: supplement with Vitamin C and apply tick and flea control treatment

Thanks.
